Baked Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons Kenya Mama’s Kitchen All Purpose African Seasoning
Juice of ½ a lemon
½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1 (2-pound) salmon fillet
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Fresh cilantro for garnishing
Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.

Prepare the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels. Place it on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.

Season the Salmon: In a small bowl, mix together the kosher salt, Kenya Mama’s Kitchen All Purpose African Seasoning, black pepper, and lemon juice. Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon and rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the top and sides of the fillet.

Bake: Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.

Serve: Once done, remove from the oven, squeeze a little more fresh lemon juice on top if desired, and garnish with freshly chopped cilantro. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
