Spicy Safari Wings Recipe
Ingredients
10-15 chicken wings, split and tips removed
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Kenya Mama’s Spicy Safari Blend
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh lemon wedges, for serving
Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.

In a large bowl, pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Add the vegetable oil and toss to coat evenly.

In a small bowl, combine Kenya Mama’s Spicy Safari Blend, pepper, and salt. Mix well.

Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the wings, tossing until they are evenly coated.

Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared rack. Bake for 40–45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro or parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
