Spicy Safari Wings Recipe

 

Ingredients

10-15 chicken wings, split and tips removed


2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons Kenya Mama’s Spicy Safari Blend

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh lemon wedges, for serving

Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped, for garnish

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.

  2. In a large bowl, pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Add the vegetable oil and toss to coat evenly.

  3. In a small bowl, combine Kenya Mama’s Spicy Safari Blend, pepper, and salt. Mix well.

  4. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the wings, tossing until they are evenly coated.

  5. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared rack. Bake for 40–45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro or parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
